Running Goals for 2016
Do some parkruns! DONE
Keep running 3 times a week. ON COURSE
Run for 10k continuously. DONE
Run 10k in under 55 mins. DONE
Complete C25K+ Speed at correct cadence. DONE
Run 5k in under 25 mins. DONE
Complete Two Castles 10k in under 54 minutes. (12th June)
Complete Stratford Big 10k in under 53 minutes. (11th Sept)
Run 10k in under 52 mins. DONE
Complete C25K+ Stamina at correct cadence.
Run 5k in under 23 mins.
Run over 900km in 2016. ON COURSE
Eat less chocolate, biscuits and sweets... ERRR....
Reduce weight to 80kg (~12st 8lbs) NEARLY... hovering around 81kg at the moment.

Increasing the distance is for next year. Two races coming up in June and September (both 10k). Plenty of parkruns over the summer - gotta make the 5k PB official!
