Have got running club to do Parkrun

Have managed to get some of my running club at Bromley Parkrun on Saturday, Hopefully 6 of us will be there, maybe more. I'm looking to get a PB...it's a fairly flat And mainly paved course, so should help me.☺

Good luck to you all. I wish I could come and join you as well as I live nearish but I have a busy weekend this weekend. I have trouble getting to my local Dulwich park run at the best of times. Have a great time.

Thanks, I'm looking at doing Parkrun more this year as would like to get a red T shirt! lol, have so far done 12! My local Parkrun is Lloyd Park, but at this time of year it's so muddy with hills, so not really ideal for a first timer who I'm introducing to Parkrun tomorrow..

Yes, only 4 of us club members including admin turned up at the Parkrun, and boy was it cold, looked like it would snow,but stayed dry, and I managed to get a PB over all of my Parkrun's, and 2 ladies who came for their first ever Parkruns got very respectable times, so a good time had by all😀
