4th attempt at Stepping Stone.

Well that went rather well! After the near disaster of Sunday I had a near perfect run this morning. With my 4th attempt at Stepping Stone (IMO the easiest of the 3 C25K+ podcasts) I went under 27 minutes for 5k for the 1st time: 26mins 46s. Knocked nearly 39s off my previous best. I even started enjoying the final track of the podcast, the one at 160BPM!

Really starting to believe that going under 25 mins is achievable.

Itching to go for a long run now...

Thanks. I thought I'd be beating my PB by a few seconds at a time, not knocking chunks of 39s off it.

I wonder what I might actually be capable of... 23mins, 22? Be interesting finding out!
