I have decided to start with 500 miles but if that seems too little will change it to 1000k! I don't want to set an unrealistic goal and then get hung up about it. I have some lovely new toys, Microsoft Band and Gymboss so I am all set up! Will be running 5k's non stop, but may well use Galloway 30/60 for a lot of the longer distances. I have just done a 4k tonight and used Galloway as I have got a virus so really didn't want to push myself. I have to say I have found Galloway relaxing and I can run further and faster using it so I am now a convert Happy New Year everyone !
