Just when I was getting my mojo back ------

my 3YO grand-daughter has generously passed her head cold onto me!!!!! SIGH!!!!

well, anyway - guess that a weeks "rest" can't do much harm. I am going to do some Zone 2 HR base training - all easy and long runs - for the next 6 weeks - so that then I can do shorter(time) interval/fartlek training on the shipboard treadmills when we go away in early January.
