Hi everyone, I'm sure everyone has received a similar email from Cancer Research, but for those who haven't ... They have a new event called the Snowflake run, designed to keep people motivated and running through the winter. Sounds like a great idea to me, especially over the Christmas period !! I have a local event in Southampton in February, but they also have other venues as well. I'm having a bit of a lull with my running, so it's great to have a target, post Christmas. Happy Running everyone
