7km :)

Well I'm still slow but I ran 7km yesterday. This was my furthest run to date. Not my fastest pace but it includes up and downs (I ran around the outskirts of a park twice.

I'm pleased as I've mentioned my health before and currently the hospital aren't sure if I have another abscess or a hernia so I'm sticking to 3 runs a week.

Thanks Rob. I'm aiming for a 10k but it isn't until May. I've said I will aim for sub 80 minutes so I wish to get to 10km by increasing 0.5km a week and then improve my speed.
