Had a very quite summer, not many races to enter so making up for it so booked on a few runs over the next few months. First on the 25th October, the people's run to remember in Southport in aid of ABF- the soldiers charity, RAF Benevolent Fund, RN & RM Charity and Scotty's little soldiers. Not really time to set up giving page so please just support above charities. Then 21st Movember the MoRun at Croxteth park in aid of Mens cancer charities. Then on 6th December, my first 10k, the Tatton Yule Yomp. this is more to see if I can go this far more than racing, well that's what I keep telling myself.

Hi, it sounds like you have a good plan, to stay motivated through the autumn/winter. I have my first 10k coming up at the end of November, so keep us updated how your doing. Any good training tips are very welcome !!
