Hi

My mother has been diagnosed of breast cancer in left breast which has spread to multiple lymph nodes. One biopsy stated tripple positive as above and another one said HER2 3+ ER/PR negative.

In weakly ER/PR cases hormonal therapy will help?

This sure will lead to some confusion as to which lab to trust. In any case, since one report did say weak positive, it’s always preferable to give a benefit of doubt to patient and give hormonal therapy. No harm in that. Saying that, I would also say that your Oncologist would be the best person to guide you better.
