Radiation after Breast reconstruction with LD flap

Prior to surgery Neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Surgery done. MBR score 2+2+2=6. ER,PR +ve , HER2- -ve .

Due to COVID-19 circumstance no Chemo now.

Prescribed treatment now is

1, Memofen 20 mg daily for 5 years.

2.Lupride depost 11.25 mg every three months for 5 years.

3. Radiation 6-7 sessions. No fix date for radiation treatment to start.

Need opinion . Is the prescribe treat is ok.
