Hi i am convinced that my pelvic/flank pain which is intermittent is because of adhesions from abdominal surgery 10years ago for a diep flap breast reconstruction. I seem to get it at random times, need pain killers and a hot water bottle.I have been sent by GP to have physiotherapy but doing pilates exercises hasn't helped. Its always on the right.I was told it's a muscoskeletal problem.Has anyone ever experienced this please. Thanks

Sorry this is outside my experience. Your diagnosis sounds very reasonable to me.I hope you get to the bottom of it xx
Hi , I am seeing a new gynaecologist next month about something very similar. I've had low pelvic pain for ages since hysterectomy, endometrial cancer and breast cancer. Adhesions are chronic, I believe. I will see if there is a new take on this, because I'm fed up with the pain too.
