So ladies, thankfully the residual cancer cells have not formed a tumor anywhere else so... here is to a full house. Now a relaxing three months before my next review. Happy days, hope treatments are going well for you all xxx

Hi Lainey, great news, so happy for you! I also had a clear CT scan and clear bone scan and it feels brilliant knowing you can breathe again.
Had my oophorectomy last week, a bit more complicated than expected and had to stay in overnight but I'm ok now. Too many adhesions meant left ovary had spread itself over my urethra and pelvic wall so they had to leave some behind, this may affect hormone therapy and they will test oestrogen levels in January. In the mean time the surgeon is discussing further surgery with a cancer specialist in London but I don't think that I will have any more unless essential.
Loving the calcium and vit D tablet, it's like having the old fashioned Loveheart sweets! 😃

Hi Emonty. Sorry to hear that surgery didn't go as planned. How are you pain wise now? I hope there is not any discomfort. This blasted cancer lark is a pain in the posterior 😑Lol now I was wondering what the taste of my calcium tabs reminded me of... 😂😂😂 I am also on Anastrozole as an experiment. i see the Oncologist on the 5th of next month re the Anastrozole as apparently it is only going to reduce the chance of this cancer returning by 1, possibly 2%. There is a bit of a break through re triple neg somI am hoping that I will be able to take part in experiments for it. lovely hearing from you. Oh yes.... I am now looking at mastectimy tattoos 😂😂

I hate to say this but I am in Lanzarote at the moment before I change my treatment. The weather is absolutely brilliant . Blue skies all the way. It is giving me a real boost
