Hello ladies

A month ago I wrote that I was scared as my first annual check up was approaching

Last year I underwent a lumpectomy, radiotherapy and have been taking tamoxifen

Last week I had my mammogram and after a tense week waiting for the results yesterday I saw my oncologist

As far as she is concerned I am now clear there were no abnormalities

The relief is enormous I know I should be happy but for now I am absorbing this news

I am now taking 3 weeks well deserved leave to enjoy my holiday with my partner and puppy

Many thanks for all your kind words of support..I really appreciate it ..this is a great group that none of us ever wanted to be a member of but the fact that we can help and support eachother means so much

Take care of yourselves wherever you are on your journey we are all here for eachother

Liz xx
