I am only young (18) and i have for a few weeks had pains in my right boob. Which moved to both boobs, then my left and nkw back in to both. I saw a DR and was told mastitis, antibiotics would clear it up. Well anyway finished those felt awful, i went back. Different DR said it doesn't look like mastitis and referred me to breast clinic. I was seen the next morning, lady felt my boobs and said im fine, was offered no scans or investigations. So im sitting here still really sore, a lot of time off work, red rings around my nipples and every slight movement hurts. Any advice on where i go from here?

Hi, no not on the pill and nope not in relation to my period. I did have mastitis at 15 and antibiotics cleared it, it feels the same if im honest but antibiotics wont shift it.
In a honesty the consultant was very rude, she just said im very young to be here and felt them (whilst i was crying because they are so sore to the touch) and said nothing was wrong and they look normal but my partner says they look different and so does my mom. Weird really!
Go back to see your GP & take your Mum with you, reiterate your worries & see what else they can offer you.
I’m very disappointed to hear how you were treated at your Hospital Appointment & if you feel so inclined you could make a complaint but see your GP again & take your Mum first.
Good Luck 🍀

MrsNails gave good advice. You know your own body better than anyone else, go back and ask mum to go with you. Hugs.
I agree with Mrs Nails go back take your mum and insist that something is done to help age should not be used by them as an excuse .We are all told to check our boobs and if we see something not quite right we expect someone,a medic to help us put it right,as you are in pain you deserve treatment to get you out of that pain .Good luck and don't let anyone fob you off
