Hi all, I was diagnosed in Dec 2007 (one week b4 xmas). Had chemo to shrink tumour and then surgery to remove what was left and then had radiotherapy. Given 5 years of tamoxifen but last year it was extended to 10 years. I am here if anyone wants a chat. Keep fighting the fight. xoxox

Hello, if you don't mind my asking, what grade etc..was your BC?
Thanks
Hi cazlav, It was breast cancer and it was stage 2 ER/PR positive.
Love to hear these stories. For me it has been 6 years since my diagnosis and close to 5 since I finished treatment for Stage 2B. I will continue for another 4 years on Femera but so far do not have too bad a time with it. I still get scared when I have appointments or any kind or physical ailment but otherwise there are times when I go days without thinking about breast cancer. Never thought that would happen as in the beginning it is so all encompassing and like a black cloud following you. So it does get better with time.
Hi Chrissy, I'd love to chat, had macectomy, 2012, finished chemo, radio, 2013, 2114 had hysterectomy, I'm on tomoxiphen, well done by the way, I notice your not too far from me x
Shame it's not a bit nearer Chrissie, x
