Best thing is to try and stay calm. It is normal to have some niggles and pains in pregnancy and honestly at 13 weeks with my first I was in agony. I had a blood pocket that was about to burst and I didn't know. I was hobbling around all day could hardly stand then when I did blood went everywhere. I thought it was end of the world and I was having a miscarriage but baby was absolutely fine! Some people have pains but it's always best to get checked. If it's not too uncomfortable try your midwife first. If it's unbearable ring triage at the hospital. They always told me (I had alot of issues with all 3 pregnancies so rang alot) that they'd rather see me and send me home knowing all was ok than have me sitting at home worrying all the time when its probably nothing. Trust your body if you think something isn't right get to the hospital. Hope this helps and everything goes ok for you. Try to remain calm as getting worked up won't be good for the baby

If you are experiencing pain I would suggest getting in contact with your midwife or GP so they can make sure everything is okay.
