It’s been 3 weeks since precum may have come into contact with the outside of my vagina/opening. I got my period it was relatively normal but now I feel like I have sore and heavy breasts without dark aeoreolas and frequent urimamtion??

Hi. I think it depends on what you mean by your period being relatively normal. It is important to distinguish between menstruation and spotting or other types of bleeding, such as implantation bleeding. That being said, once you can confirm that you had your period, there should be absolutely no issue. Once you get your period, it is obvious you have not gotten pregnant in that menstrual cycle. However, you must use protection during all days of your cycle, as ovulation can occur at any time, despite the usual claims that it only occurs on day 14. Google menstruation and try to figure out if that was the case. Once you rule that out, your mind can be at peace.
It came on time but I felt as though no blood was on my pad just in the toilet? It was heavy then light. I might just be freaking out but it was normal x
