Vitamin K2 and Boron

Can anyone recommend a decent Vit K2 (Mk7 from natto) supplement? It's a minefield out there. Also a decent boron supplement? Prices range widely and I'm not sure if there's any difference in the expensive and inexpensive other than fancy packaging. Hoping someone has done this research work before me! Thanks to this amazing community as always.

Can't help with specific suggestions but one thing you might look for is a product made with non-GMO ingredients. As natto is soy, and soy is one of the most widely used GMOs on the planet, any product which doesn't use soy in its manufacture should tell you on the label.

I haven't used it myself but I have heard that the oral spray is an effective way of getting the Vitamin K2 supplement.

Lots of foods contain boron. It could be part of a multi-supplement, or you could just eat your prunes - and your avocadoes, avocadoes, etc.... healthline.com/health/brain...

Some people say you should avoid fillers and additives, although some of these play an important role in ensuring quality and reliability: sciencebasedmedicine.org/wh.... It's claimed that more is absorbed if you use a mouth spray or drops under the tongue, but I have no idea whether or not this is true! Personally I usually go for a good quality brand/supplier at an affordable price. So, for example, I've been taking ZipVit K2-MK7 tablets (because ZipVit are a reputable company and their K2 tablets are quite cheap) and Now boron; but I've just bought a supply of Better You K2 spray because it was on offer! As Heron says, you can get boron from food, but it depends where the food is grown and much of our soil is now deplete of it due to modern farming methods. People often say to eat prunes for boron, but you only get about 1mg of boron in about 10 prunes, and the recommended daily amount is 3mg (some say much more, up to 20mg, I take 6mg).

I've recently been taking Nutrizing K2 MK7. It's a high dose one at 600 mcg. Not sure if one a day is too much so I sometimes just take one on alternate days.

I take Nutrizing K2 MK7 600mcg every day. I also take solar Boron 3mg everyday, plus magnesium 500-800mg daily as a powder along with the D3.

I've used various different ones. I usually click on the links through the fb group Vitamin D3 and it's co-factors uk. I'm currently taking a Magnesium powder blend of taurate and glycinate from Focus Supplements. I've also taken Mag365 bone formula and Mag malate. I'm planning to take mag chloride (food grade) once I've finished the current one.
