Can anyone recommend a good K2 supplement?And where to get it please?Thanks in anticipation of some recommendations. X

Hi, I use the Better you K2 oral spray. Holland and Barrett sell it, I usually buy it when they have their 'buy one get one for a penny sale.' It lasts quite a long time.

I also buy from H&B. supposed to last 2 months I bought mine 6 weeks ago and there seems to be plenty left. But I only use 3 sprays a day as recommended.

Me too, the three sprays seems to be enough. It can work out expensive unless you take advantage of their offers.

I use the gel capsules from H & B. Is the spray better?

Spray is supposed to be better as it gets absorbed more.

NutriZing VitK2 600 mcg. You can either buy direct from the company or get it from amazon.

NutriZing, as above, is the one I now use too. As it's 600 mcg and has a long half life I only take one every few days. I prefer this to a lower dose every day.
