Thanks again. I did not know what the difference was between MK4 and MK7. I understand it is recommended to take VitK2 - MK7 with Vit D3.

I read about this too. I hope that it doesn't lead to a shortage of Vit K supplements as has happened with Vit C. In the UK there is also now a run on Ibuprofen which, it has recently been said, may be helpful in treating the coronavirus.

At least we know Vitamin K2 is available in some foods (as is Vitamin D, not to mention sunshine in the summertime).
