been on 2 bp meds long time lorsartin indapamide..no side effects..sodium was low. bp high..cholesterol higher than before the bad one tryciserids ok good cholesterol reasonable ..its imdapamide he said..so stop it..gotta do 2 bp readings am after lorsartin I think , 2 again pm and restart statins.. i am not able to exercises quite inactive disability issues ..stomah probs and need laxatives due to slow bowel transit constipation ..fructose intolerance ..i cant eat a lot of foods plus fibre bread eggs cheese make bowels worse. stomach doesnt like fats,yogurts . also never eat fruit fructose intolerance . is there a way to reduce bp. what do you think of statins. i admit diet hasn't been good maybe thats why. weight of 10stone im finding it hard to avoid carbs sweet stuff blood test in 2 weeks then see gp..bloods again 3 months then a year !!!..im 76 in May cannot stand long time to cook. said 22% chance of stroke heart attack 5 yewrs 10 years v
