Can decaf coffee raise your blood pressure, mines a 159/90 are taking 10mg amlopdine and 10mg lisonpril

Whilst I’ve a feeling that decaf doesn’t raise blood pressure generally, it might of course for you personally. We’re all different.

There are lots of medication for hypertension and your pharmacist might be helpful.

Yes, you said about your medication. If it doesn’t suit you there are many more medications. Pharmacists know more about medication than doctors do so your own pharmacy might suggest something else, or they might suggest you go back to your own doctor for review.

Decaf coffee is not entirely caffeine free. You might check how much is in your brand and track how much you drink per day.

If you are looking at alternatives, regular black tea also has caffeine but in lower amounts than regular coffee. Or you might consider one of the herbal teas that don't contain caffeine, such as peppermint.

I don't know much about the coffee substitutes, but you might check into those as well.
