Advice needed please

I have been diagnosed with hypertension if be grateful for some information as my blood pressure is 155/92 I realise it's not too bad but I've been invited to a group meeting with other patients who have high blood pressure I currently don't take medication for this but take thyroxine for hashimotos under active thyroid I'm just wondering what to expect at the meeting .I have taken medication in the past but both lots made me I'll

I expect it will be to discuss lifestyle changes to lower your blood pressure.Sounds great no one offered me any meetings unfortunately.I would have loved some advice on diet etc.

Will do I'm going for another blood pressure check this Friday and more blood test next Tuesday as I have other medical problems but will let you know what I find out .
