Advice please

Hello, am new to this site and wonder if someone could help me. My Pressure went up to 190/104 a month ago and I was put on 5mg amlodipine. Pressure is now averaging 145/92. Am worried about my distolic pressure still averaging 90 plus and would like to know what to do to bring it down

Try to do some relaxation exercises. Being relaxed and not stressed will also help in lowering both the systolic and the diastolic.

If like me you are getting on in years then this rise and your response to the drug is good. I would be happy with the diastolic numbers both readings vary over a day I personally would not worry.
