Can’t help ,just to say you are not alone.
Hi jen I've been managing mine for 10 years now sometimes felt like it was time I had surgery like now ..as I've had to come off hrt it seems the lack of estrogen has weakend my pelvic floor I've been using a kegal 8 pelvic exerciser this is my 2and one I've bought kegal ultra 20 .you have to be dedicated and use it twice a day for a good 6 weeks to strenghten the pelvic floor again plus collegan vits vit d vit c..but most of the time it works I'm.still hoping that if I continue again it will ward off the operation I've got an app next week had to pay to go private to see a gynie incase this time I'm at the point of no return and will have to have the op..so will see however the kegal 8 are amazing and like I say if you persevere twice daily and keep your bowels open so your not straining they do work or at least help to strenghten it ..well with the money if I hadnt found these 10 yrs ago I would have had to have the operation hope this helps a little or to anyone else with prolspse issues xx
Hi Molly, Thankyou for replying, it’s appreciated and very interesting. Have decided not to have op, at this juncture. Idea of being ‘locked’ inside forAbout 6 weeks along with a general anaesthetic has put me off. Maybe later! I use oestrogen cream but it’s all so messy! Who would be a woman?
Good luck with whatever you decide to do
Thankyou again
Regards Jenny
