Take D-mannose. That is safe, made from glucose and will make the bacteria slip straight out with the urine. That will clear whatever is happening there. To treat thrush put tea tree essential oil into extra virgin coconut oil and apply externally and internally never hurt me either. Do that at every toilet, wear something to protect underwear.

Then from there think about dietary triggers. For me one small serving of blueberries and I'll have a burning UTI by evening. High histamine fruits hit me hardest with ferments and dairy coming in to contribute and also cause thrush. When I don't eat fruits high in histamine, no dairy and no ferments I experience no UTIs or thrush.

You can try to rinse your mouth with a diluted 3.5% hydrogen peroxide solution and brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush, which can effectively relieve the pain of thrush.
