hi there 👋🏼. I’m sure everyone has different symptoms but I’ll tell you mine if it helps.

Starts usually with bladder pain, and then a burning sensation when passing urine. Mine usually ends up feeling like I’m weeing shards of glass. It’s often accompanied with lower pelvic and back pain. Sometimes I get swears and feel very tired. Urine can become cloudy and dark.

I have nothing like you describe and I have now made an appointment to see a physiotherapist as there is obviously something sadly wrong

Thank you for your good wishes which are much appreciated. I have no pain and I am fine throughout the day. But I fall asleep after my dinner in the chair (I have slept in the chair a lot since my mam died) and it is then that it just POURS AWAY from me - it even goes through the TENA LADY and this is all very embarrassing. Thanks again

Exactly same as me and that last few drops is exactly like weeing shards of glass ,I dread it when I get symptoms .xx

Hi North EastMam, well I’m an expert on this , first off when you wee , towards the end of it it’s very painful . Also you won’t pass much wee and it will be often ,your tummy hurts and you can have ache in kidneys . For some reason when I have it I get extreme pain in my wrists into centre of hand , that’s not a usual sign but I know others get this odd symptom . Also you don’t feel well . Hope that helps you . 🥰🥰 ps don’t leave it before you get antibiotics as it can go to the kidneys ( me. ) I always have rescue ones so I can start right away .

Thank you for the response, I think it’s starting to ease off a bit now, but he’s going to wee and it hurts and very little comes out

Hey ,is this a child or a man we are talking about ,if it’s a child and he is still like it tomorrow get him to a drs .If he is drinking a lot and not weeing that’s a worry .Hope that helps sweetie .🥰🥰

Frequent weeing and small amounts. Not always burning in the urethra. My cystitis can just be in the bladder which hurts. I also feel the need go again straight after peeing.

There can be blood sometimes too. Bright red.
