Thanks everyone who responded to my post about echocardiogram waiting lists. I have phoned my consultant's secretary and been told the wait is about 6 months from referal at the mo so I should be getting an appointment for April. Fingers crossed, I should hear soon.

Sounds about right and at our hospital where I work we have had a consultant leave and a locum just walking out and in our secretarial team we have all been off sick so not good at the moment but you should hear something soon
