Just have a small dose first. Then try another or things can go from the sublime to the ridiculous ( if you know what I mean).Lots of water too, and a lighter meals regime until things have passed.

It can give you a dull ache and you might feel a bit queasy as it works , but that's more to do with your stomach reacting to getting things moving than an issue with the Lactulose itself ( unless you have certain digestive issues).

It definitely works!
