Yes they recommended 2.5 litres but it depends on you, as you may have restrictions. You need to ask the nurse

I am struggling a bit on Farxiga , it’s been reduced to 5 gms , but I am on 10 gms of Bisopropol and have been for many yrs, I am hoping , mild headaches and dehydration will settle down on the reduced dose .

farixa has side effects too long to put up here. Read the leaflet inside the box.

I am on eplerenone equivalent and farixia.

Drink at least 6 mugs of drink a day, tea, coffee squash etc.

be careful not to drink too much an hour or so before bed, you will be up half the night.

Thank you for replying. I’m confident that you know but coffee and tea contain caffeine which causes dehydration I’ve been told so personally I don’t include them in my 2 liters daily. What is your opinion? All the best.

tea and coffee count as your daily liquid intake . Caffine is a diuretic makes you pee more.
