Dizzy Spells

Not sure if Heart or Meds related.Do occasionally suffer from feeling a bit funny/dizzy if i move to quick after sitting etc (used to that as blood pressure drops when standing up, partly down to meds Bisoprolol-so learned how to deal)

However previous week was out with wife in a shop, i looked at a product on top shelf, suddenly came over funny, and had to lean on the store shelf, felt slightly better few mins later, but occasionally felt something similar for few days, but been ok since, it wasn't anything to do with blood sugar etc? Just wondering if could be HR related.

I have 3 AF episodes over last 3 years, Diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in Aug 2021, during Chemo/Radiotherapy treatment for cancer.

could be benign positional paroxysmal vertigo - but here we cannot diagnose!

I did have a slight bout of Vertigo in 2020 around same time as diagnosed with Head Neck cancer (throat) given few meds, and never had issue again. Did think it could have been related, although never had any nausea on issues previous week. I did have a neck operation in Feb 2021, removed 13 lymphnodes, so do not have same strength in neck as previous
