Dear You
Certainly sounds like it could be side effects of medication, I had it with some of them before it settled.
Important you give your Dr a ring because you can get the same effects with both high and low blood pressure.
Some medication can even change your eye vision { if you wear glasses } your optician could help you there.
Take care I hope it gets sorted soon
Thank you very much I do wear glasses. I will arrange to see the Dr and an optician.
Regards
Hi DevaprintersDefinitely call your gp about this 😉
I’ve only ever experienced that when I have been in AF.
I had it bad with Spironolactone { well that's what they tied it down to } I had a sort of coloured halo around my vision { not that unpleasant bit trippy } and everything seemed darker in the middle.
But it soon went { about 8 weeks } optician was happy and she said that some medication can cause dryness of the eye and certainly some can impair vision.
Take care
Thank you very much I am same medication. Seeing my optician and GP.
Regards
hi. That’s interesting, my vision has been blurred and I’ve also had migraine type auras without a headache. I’m on spirolactone. I’ve had all the blood tests, bp is fine and heart rate etc in the normal range so it’s interesting that the meds could be to blame. Thanks. X
My husband gets this when he's having VT's. I would certainly speak to your GP about it & when it happens again contact nhs111
I get it but I have Afib so I put it down to that also my blood pressure can be too low at times.
Good morning Deejay
Thank you it’s very difficult no appointments and no support from doctors.
Regards
A lot of people are having the same problem with their GP. I think your Gp should have a website and on there it should tell you how to contact a doctor. It must be very frustrating. Maybe you should even arrange to speak to your practice manager because as you have an illness it shouldn’t be difficult for you to seek help when you need it from your GP. Why should we always have to dial 111. I thought that was my only option until when I became really sick I decided I didn’t want to spend hours at hospital I went on my GP site discovered econsult and sent a message, within a couple of hours I received a text with a link from my doctor, I clicked on it and there were appointments for the next day and up to 2 weeks ahead. So I booked for the next day a time suitable for me. Now I don’t intend phoning 111 anymore. My Gp said they pay a&e every time we go up there.
