just to let you all share in my fantastic news that i completed rehab today after 2 years on and off. can’t tell you how good it feels. just to say for those who ponder whether to take rehab up or not i’d just like to say it’s been the most life changing experience i have ever done. i really don’t think i’d be here without it. all of the problems i encountered in the last 2 years were all picked up and treated by the wonderful rehab team. i really can’t thank them enough. so onwards and upwards. onto stage 4 soon at local centre. can’t wait to meet up with old friends from rehab who made it there before me. but hey ho i’m finally there. sorry for long post but you know me i’m a woman of few words🤣🤣❤️shiona

rehab DONE 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Brilliant, it took Kevin a long time to get through it as he was in & out hospital so much. But once completed, he had his confidence and sense of humour back. Hope you enjoy the next phase as much, particularly as you'll be with old friends xx
Well done! Totally agree about it being a life changing experience. The help, encouragement, and just having someone to talk to made such a difference to my recovery.
I've just started Stage 4 last week in my local leisure centre under the rehab staff supervision, and while I thought the rehab gym was brilliant, the kit in the leisure centre gym is at another level completely. Hope you enjoy Stage 4
Congratulations! I’m in week 3 of stage 4 rehab and I’m enjoying it, hope you do too! xx
Keep at it. It makes all the difference and has also helped my arthritis. I've been on stage 4 for 3 years this month - usually 3 times a week now. Some have been going for 20+ years in our group!!
Well done, Shoshone. I had a HA and byepass 16 months ago and couldn’t drive for 6 months so no way of getting to rehab. Thought I had to do it first few months.
Ace - that’s really great! Hubby would benefit from going but unfortunately after the second session suffered a small stoke and now would not cope at all as his coordination, balance and memory are slightly affected.
oh sorry to hear that janma. life has a way of beating us down at times. hope he’s doing better now. take care❤️
Yay, congratulations, Shiona! I'm just awaiting my discharge assessment from my 3rd round of Phase III rehab - I think I'm addicted!
snap. mine was round 5 or 6 maybe over 2 year period. good luck. though i’d never get my diploma ❤️
Well done. I’ve just finished after 40 sessions over three visits! Really feel lost after doing it for twice a week!
