45 year now had multiple stents last year. Doing quite well with exercise (hiit and Weight)and walking , running quite fit . EF on 40% no symptoms didn't improve much after 6 months test. On regular anticoagulant, bisoprolol and perindropil.. Resting HR low 50s. I have Fitbit sense watch and my HRV was on mid 40s lately I have noticed it is flactuating between mid 30s and sometimes as low as 27. Just wanted to ask how accurate are this watch HRV ? Does medicine I am on impact on HRV? Should I be concerned?

Heart rate variability
Hello
I am glad yo are doing so well
I have to say I am not sure how accurate they are I think they are pretty good but that is a little low so I would see your Doctor about it you might need your medications tweaked but they will be able to tell you
Let us know how you get on x
Thanks BeKind28- nice to hear from you always. Yes it fluctuate quite often and read few places non chest strap watch are not so Accurate always gives you random numbers, however it gave me some level of anxiety dropping that low.. definitely will raise this with my Dr next visit.
Hi, The Bisoprolol lowers your heart rate as it did to me. The fact you’re quite fit also will help the heart and reduce the number of beats. I was told bpm is just a number on its own and not to worry. Any other new health conditions that accompany slow heart rate is the time to seek further help. All the best. Darren
