Hi does anyone use a fitness tracker? I’m wondering if something is going on with me or it’s just a fluke
But my heart rate according to a Garmin dropped to 48 (which i couldn’t tell or notice) i compared it to my pulse where i counted on my wrist and i counted 72.
But i borrowed my friends Apple Watch (to see if i liked it better) and when i was in the store with my family the watch read 51 hr.
A year ago i had a ton of heart test done bc i was having chest pain but it was chalked up to anxiety and I’ve been exercising more and running and never feel anything g weird but i don’t know why these trackers would be getting these low readings.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this
