Just been disagnosed with LBBB that my GP missed 1 year ago and allowed me to go on antibiotics for past nasal drip which had to have a normal heart: hence the ECG . 1 year later I applied for whole of life insurance and their doctor found it in my records and queried why my doctor had not done cardiac review .!!! So I paid privately to find out quickly if I had it : yes is the answer so going tomorrow for all my results . It’s abit nerve racking and you imagine feeling your heart ! I am 68 working and otherwise except for asthma ok

LBBB.
Hi Teresarc
I’m sorry to hear your doctor missed off informing you about your LBBB last year. I’m glad the insurance have picked it up now and it sounds like you’re heading in the right direction in terms of getting some answers.
Let us know how you get on with your results. Now that you know about the LBBB, I hope you can get on a treatment plan and access to the care that you need if necessary.
Good luck.
Tos
mine is a complete block and there all the time . See what tomorrow , Tuesday brings
Hi, I too have been diagnosed with LBBB. Other than the diagnosis there have been no discussions on treatment, exercise, diet or indeed anything that can execerbate the condition. Are there medicines to manage this? I take cholesterol meds (Atorvastatin 40mg). I am taking calcium supplements but an afraid of this contributing to cardiovascular issues. I have begun taking Vitamin K2 (mk7) which has been shown to remove calcium from soft tissue and the bloodstream and restoring to the skeletal framework). Also taking super/cacao which has been known to improve blood circulation and help maintain the elasticity of blood vessels. Has anyone else used these supplements. I would be interested to see if they do work. Thank you for reading.
let’s hope
It must be a worry for you, I hope that your results are all fine.
I like many have LBBB and its the lest important of my heart problem says my cardiologist, so please try not to worry, as others have already said its a common complaint that not unless its linked with other problems you should be able to live a reasonably normal life.
Take care
everyone thank you for being so supportive it’s brought tears to my eyes
I wonder if the doctor really missed it? You may not have had it then. I've had lots of normal ECGs all my life, then about the time I had my first (undiagnosed) takotsubo my LBBB appeared. It was discovered when I had an ECG before a stress test. (I have had microvascular dysfunction most of my life, hence the stress test.) Many people who have LBBB have no symptoms, but need to have all the tests to to find whether or not there is underlying disease. Others have symptoms from their LBBB. I hope your tests have good results, but if not, you will be able to receive all the treatment you need.
seemly I had it he missed it . Doctor surgery have had a big meeting about it
