Hi yes I have LBBB. It was discovered about 15 years ago. My husband was working overseas and I turned down an angiogram and forgot about it. Several years later I had an angiogram in the UK which resulted in no stents being needed. Recently I had an episode in hospital with heart racing and I was cardioverted. Another angiogram was done. Still no stents needed. But I was told I had developed heart failure and now would need a pacemaker. Stupidly I turned it down and was discharged from hospital. Now I am at home and have been put on the waiting list to see the cardiologist again. I am terrified of having this pacemaker and don’t know what to think any more...... Nothing has been explained to me either by the cardiologist or my GP. I feel completely abandaned. I rely on the internet to find things out. I am now 72.

Hi I was diagnosed with Left bundle b b after having an ECG after coming back from Australia with a DVT in oct 2017 , ive been diagnosed with left ventricular impairment left part off heart not pumping as it should recently july 2018 , I have an appointment to go for a mri scan & stress test in October to look for scar tissue on the hear maybe cause by a silent hear attack or a viral infection apparently scar tissue reduces the pumping action of the heart im on low dose medication Bisoprolol & Ramipril 1.25 mg each.. I feel ok in my self , like you im anxiously waiting for an out come , I called the Cardiologist Secretary to give me some answers to the questions I didn't ask the Cardiologist at the time which was helpful as the major things I could get info from the heart foundation or NHS web site , Phil
