After waiting for around 30 weeks I had my Cardiologist app today. I do have a clear LBBB but no underlying issues with heart itself. EF measurement is very slightly down so slight they are not really concerned but will book me in for an MRI for end of year just to check that nothing has changed otherwise all good and a great relief.
I am not an anxious person, in fact on the whole I am pretty laid back about things but I have to admit I didn't realise I was mentally holding my breath about this until I walked out of the hospital.
I am one of the lucky ones that having found an anomaly it turns out to be kind of normal for me.
I found this site to be a comfort and an absolute treasure trove of info during my long wait and just shows how many kind and helpful people there are on here. So thanks and take care of yourselves.

Good to hear of your experience. I have been diagnosed with LBBB, but I am not sure what happens next. I have been put on a cocktail of drugs, given an ICD, and discharged when my EF improved. Keep taking the tablets, I suppose!
It is an anxious time. Hopefully the ICD does it's job and keeps you heartbeat stable. All we can do is listen to the experts and yes keep taking the tablets. Glad your EF improved. Wish you all the best going forward.
Always good to hear something positive! Congratulations! I have intermittent LBBB & another ‘electrical’ problem with my hearts septum. Your post has given my hope. Thank you.
I have taken great strength from others experience on here while I was waiting for my consultation. It is hard not to worry and to read more into your symptoms every time you feel something. Stay strong and I Hope all is well with you going forward.
Dear Manderson27
What a beautiful, warm , honest and extremely uplifting post on your heart journey.
I hope it has taken off that worry you had on what the outcome could have been to your tests.
I hope the rest of your life is filled with continued good health and love.
Take care and we are so glad to have been apart of your story.
I had a syncope in February and did various exams , but no underlying disease found. I have implanted a loop recorder and going to do a few more exames further in the line to compare any changes, but as you, doctors don’t seem concerned.
It is always an anxious time when we find out there is something not right with our heart. However as you can see by the posts on here we are not alone. We have to have faith that the experts know what they are talking about. Glad your tests showed nothing to worry about.
