Hf and lbbb

Hi I'm 37 and just been told I have heart failure I have lbbb which I've had for about two years I need any advice anyone can give me waiting see cardiologist after my last echo and 72 hour trace what is there they can do for me

I’m sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I can’t help unfortunately, but there are others with heart failure and LBBB so I hope they come by with some useful advice. Medication is often used to treat heart failure so if you’re not on any already, your cardiologist will most likely prescribe something when you have your appointment.

Hi..was diagnosed with LBBB 18 months ago..it means that the left lower psrt of your heart is not pumping ghe blood back out efficiently..when I found out my EF was 35..started with Entresto and bisoprolol and mow my EF..Ejection Fraction is 47..from 50 to 65 is healthy..I do get side effects..but it seems that these drugs are the best available st the moment..your Cardiologist will inform you of where to go from here when you go for results from Echo..let us know then..and best of luck

Hi I have complete LBBB too on small dose of candestatin to help my heart pump . Do you get fuzzy head / dizziness

No dizziness to talk about..sometines a very light short dizziness..I take onky 2 medications..Entresto and Bisoprolol..both at absolute lowest doses otherwise my BP is getting too low...sometimes a few hours after taking the meds I feel lethargic for a while...I always check my BP and pulse before I take the meds..as I do mot want to take when they are already low..if normal or slightly high..I will take..one in yhe am..the other in the pm usually..the Beta blocker in the evening..and entresto in the morning

Thank you . I gave low blood pressure in the morning but seems to go to 120 range during the day
