Travel insurance.

I have what a suspect Angina. But the cardiologist would like an echo scan and CT scan before confirming the condition.

Now I cannot get a single insurance to cover me. I’m going to Nepal, it’s been paid for since 2019 before covid. Which insurance that will cover me?! I can’t go otherwise and lose all the monies I put into it.
