Numb feeling in toes

I’ve recently started having a numb feeling in my toes. I notice it more at night, in bed, but I think it’s there in the daytime too - just not so conscious of it. Toes are not cold. Could it be a side effect of Bisoprolol? (I take 2:5 in the morning / also Ramipril 5mg, Simvastatin 40 mg, Ranexa 375 x 2 and aspirin 75). I was diagnosed with a blocked artery (80-90%) just before the first lockdown. Not seen a cardiologist since then - phone appts after some tests. Have lost weight and feel pretty good (for my age 😀 - 73), though pretty tired by mid afternoon.
