I will be 70 later this year having retired in 2005. I have had a knee and hip replacement, prostate surgery and a pacemaker fitted for a suspected mini stroke. The NHS has been wonderful in looking after me, and I try to keep fit by cycling at least once a week, and swimming on an average 4 times a week.
