Coming to this a bit late. I think it’s all about trial and error really. I have been using isomol gel (available through Amazon) recently as a shower gel and it has worked wonders reducing my need for steroids (not entirely though). I also use a steroid scalp treatment every now and then (betacap) which helps soothe, and fond natural shampoos and conditioners work best. Currently using L’Oréal’s source naturals range. Try everything a few times and be prepared to see no results. One thing that has really helped me too is getting a water softener (I live in London where the water is very hard!!)

I find sulphate free is best. I use Faith in Nature shampoo and conditioner (they do a good range including an unscented). Sadly they discontinued the Propolis and Neem one that had been recommended for my psoriasis and was excellent.

On my body Aveeno dermexa bodywash.

Lush Soak and Float shampoo bar has really helped my scalp psoriasis. It lasts for months and months and is perfect size for travelling.
