What sort of treatment are you on? It isn’t something you want to ignore since the psoriatic arthritis (PsA) will (not can) do permanent damage.
Since you are in the USA you should have access to very good drugs. Insurance can be a battle but there are often coupon or discount programs with the drug company.
Bimzelx is the new kid on the block. Through their program you can get it for $15 a month. If you have good insurance you could get it as low as $5. If there are issues you need an advocate to help you gain access since there is no reason to sit around and suffer.
Another route is to join a clinical trial to gain access to drugs for free. I did this for my leukemia treatment.
You need to be proactive and do homework. Speak up to your dermatologist and/or rheumatologist.
