New here, had problems with my hands & feet for years with Raynauds and chilblains, at the moment I have some very sore & swollen toes and sore heel for no reason and wondering if could be PsA? Recently found out that have knee osteoarthritis and just came across PsA for the first time. Over the years I’ve been tested for autoimmune conditions but negative.

Hi.. I have pso.arthritis and it started out with pain in my hands and feets. Not much swelling though. But my nails had pso , looked like fungus of a sort. And my bloodtest didn't show anything.

So be aware that psoriasis arthr. doesn't show in bloodtests. But ask your doctor! Hope you'll get som answers soon! :) Best wishes
