Recently, for the past 5 months, I've been having the feeling of pressure in my head.
When I feel my scalp, I feel these bumps on them and sometimes, they do get popped and leak some puss. I've had some people check though, and it's not red.
Could this be psoriasis? Could it be some type of scalp infection that's causing this awful head pressure?

Sounds unusual with the pressure on the head. Has there been any change in your diet or lifestyle that might account for the change? I have had psoriasis for 14 years and it is relatively mild. Mostly it is on my scalp. When I get stressed or eat very badly I get it on my knees or elbows. I recently cut out gluten and dairy amongst a lot of other things which helped. See my other posts for some details. Don't just start excluding food straight away but just think about it and see if it fits for you. Autoimmunity is complex and not well understood.
I'm not sure if you get bumps that are poppable or exudate in psoriasis (correct me if I am wrong) most I've come across is red inflamed skin which is patchy and raised/bumpy to the touch, scaley, sore and itchy on flare ups etc. However if there is pus, you should get it checked out, could get infected?? By feeling pressure do you mean your scalp feels tight?? That can happen in psoriasis but it's best you get checked out for proper diagnosis.
Are you sure it is pus? You must be infecting your scalp when scratching. My scalp psoriasis was so severe it covered 99.9% of my scalp. I would spend all day long grooming, shampooing, combing, and scratching the skin that formed huge plaques that felt tight like a ta helmet. The inflammation was great. It was so inflamed (and I know there is a scale to measure the level of inflammation on the skin) that there was fluid that would ooze from the skin. It could soak my hair out about an inch or more. So maybe that is the "wet" you are feeling?
I would visit your GP as the head pressure may be blood pressure which I also get when my BP is high, your GP will also give you advice on your skin condition, I have always been advised to drink plenty of water to hydrate your system, I used to find mine went worse just after a drinking session which I put down to being de-hydrated as alcohol causes this.
