Hi, I'm Dotsy a 37 year old who has been fighting with weight for most of my life. Eight years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, ptsd, and other medical problems and it's only gotten worse. I'm trying to find out what I need to do to build a better lifestyle in which I can lose weight and find a better respect for myself. I'm married. We have a lot of learning to do. Especially doing anything with a limited budget.
