Are you experiencing sudden changes in behaviour?
after my son died I was drinking more and taking drugs same with my mum but with my dad I wasn`t my behaviour got a bit wrong after my mum passed and I was nearly sectioned.
When my nephew passed away I drank, heavily nightly. I would pour over photos of him, sob, drink, sob. I didn't realize at the time how bad I had gotten. It took a person outside my immediate family (my son's girlfriend) to help me see myself as I truly was.
yes, I guess I drink way too much. I also keep people at arms length. Friends I mean not my family.
I have changed no doubt about it.
substance use and in bed a lot, no appetite and fear.
