During these difficult times, we all need something to take our minds from our sadness <3
I'm not creative, but I'd love some ideas, I'm sure we'd all like something else to do.

I have taught myself to crochet ,watching YouTube. It keeps me occupied and stops me snacking!I'm very much still a beginner though.
not that creative in many ways I wish I was although I am trying to talk my kids around into giving them a haircut.
Good luck with that one Kenny, we're all getting desperate now!

Hi Chloe
I tried crochet a couple of years ago and managed with help of a book to make he's a blanket for her a doll blanket which had two different sparkly colours doing 9 squares & then sewed them together to mmm and the blanket!! It did take ages though, and personally I personally wouldn't do it again!! So doesn't sound very encouraging but does occupy your mind to learn a new skill!!
I'm Really frustrated I can't play my flute at home as the walls are too thin, Churches are closed s so I can't get my weekly play with so many hymn & other songs, which are quite a few are like a jog round the park playing during services, but with covid-19 I'm stuck inside due to my physical issues!! So I'm thinking of doing some more cross stitch maybe!! Or even some knitting for my great nephew who is 2-3 weeks so lots on the mind nothing yet started!!
Will keep you posted!!!
Sorry for the strange text my computer is playing up again!!
Happy ☺ crafting

Hi Chloe
Have you thought of getting a cross stitch Christmas card book on one of the other web sites and getting a bit ahead & making some personal Christmas cards for your friends and family?? I did it for a couple of years and it definitely gives you a boost 🌞 and the ones I sent them to seemed to like 👍 them!! Especially as you've done Cross stitch before!!
You might find some patterns online that you could download!!

I never thought of myself as creative. But I enjoyed art at school when not under pressure and in adult life I have enjoyed galleries on my own. My last was the Scottish National Portrait Gallery on my last trip to Scotland.
Within me, I think it is subtle and does not need any fanfare. I enjoy gardening and arranging flowers and better music than I enjoyed in my youth. It is a peaceful passion.
Shortly after mum died , I decided to take a a picture of her tree every month. A month ago I finished my two year project by taking my 24th photograph. Only recently I made up my mind to create a video with soundtrack in their memory (both parents, same tree). My latest PC came with a Video Editor. This very morning I discover that fourteen seconds is just long enough to create a video of under 6 minutes. long enough to enjoy without getting too sad for too long.
From the outset I only intended only to put the photographs on the final pages of the album i have already created, I may still do that. But to me a brief home movie looks so much like a PC screensaver slideshow with a soundtrack.
I have just finished it this very moment - 31st May 2020 09:28 and watched it play enough for now. What to do next? Remembrance is so important for us all here and I must confess that in the past it has been for me in extreme. Without realising, I have created two very personal artefacts.
I love art galleries too and The National London is my favourite.
I think you're very create and very clever in achieving the recording Greyone, so I'd put you down as a definite <3

Must confess the national portrait gallery was the one in Edinburgh. But yes I suppose i am creative and should think of myself as that and maybe carry on as such. Now that I'm out of camp , I hope you'll be seeing more of me and maybe try and develop my creative side!
