my mums is next month the 1st aunt who I helped care for her anniversary was the 4th of this month but I had things going on or I would have posted but went down last week.

It was my brothers last week.. he's still alive but we lost so much when we were separated as kids. We were almost inseparable up to the ages of 11 (him) and 9 (me). We did reconnect after 28 years and we're in touch but it hurts knowing what was lost. We are oceans (literally) and worlds (metaphorically) apart 😔

It's so sad when this happens and we can never get back those lost years and experiences.

I have a similar situation, over 20years lost and it hurts.

I've just had a strange experience that stopped me in my tracks.

My Dad was a huge music fan, I just went back into the kitchen and Alexa was playing 'Oh my Papa' one of his favourite records and today is his Anniversary!

My, this really threw me.
